Rosa Eau de Cologne

I’ve used Rosa for many years. I was disappointed when it was discontinued but I’m now very happy to have it back! However, I have a niggling doubt that it is not quite the same. I always received compliments on the original fragrance but not anymore. Is there a subtle change?
